Engineers design products that are used throughout our society. They have
played a role in the creation of everything from surgical scalpels to nuclear
power plants to roller coasters to cleaner, more fuel-efficient automobiles.

In the past not many women have taken advantage of the opportunities to
affect change that are provided by engineering. We are hosting U-A ME
Day to provide achieving high school girls an opportunity to experience the
exciting possibilities available to engineers.

|
|
We are looking for outstanding girls in 9th – 12th grades to be nominated for
this event.
