The University of Alabama Society of Women Engineers Student Section received the 2^nd place award for medium-sized sections in the Outstanding Student Section competition at the 2004 National Conference held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  1^st place was awarded to Rochester Institute of Technology, and 3^rd place was awarded to the University of North Dakota.

This is because of the hard work and dedication of so many.  Thank you for your participation that makes the Society so active!  We received 3rd last year....now 2nd...we working our way up!
