Abstract

A descriptive abstract should be submitted which summarizes the essential elements of the presentation.  No length restriction is imposed so authors are free to submit as much or as little information as they require.

Paper

No paper is required for the symposium.  Participants are encouraged to submit some written documentation of their presentation for inclusion on the CDROM that will be distributed to the participants.  Such written documentation could consist of a Powerpoint file, copies of overheads, or a written paper.

Participants can elect to write a paper to be considered for publication in the journal Inverse Problems in Science and Engineering.  If there are a sufficient number of these papers, they will be published together in a single issue of the journal.  These papers will be subject to the usual journal review process prior to acceptance for publication. Participants that wish to have papers considered for publication in the IPSE journal should see the web page "Instructions for Authors" on the publisher's site
